Commercial baseline
Blooio lists a Commercial Shared plan at $89 monthly and a Commercial Dedicated plan at $289. A shared pool and a workspace-isolated number produce different expectations for sender identity. For a long-lived assistant, ask what happens when a user returns to an old thread after a period of inactivity.
Reach is a separate meter
Commercial Shared lists 15 new conversations per day. The $98 Inbound option cannot initiate conversations. Neither should be evaluated using only an unlimited-message headline. Estimate newly reached users, repeat sessions and the requirement to initiate separately.
Integration investigation
The provider publishes integration material, including HighLevel. An agent developer should still inspect the specific inbound event contract, authentication and cancellation behavior before building around it. Keep human escalation and channel changes in the acceptance plan. These are questions for a pilot, not assertions that we have exercised every API feature.
