Who can reach the agent
Claw Messenger describes an assigned agent line reachable only by registered numbers. Base is $5 monthly with 250 messages and one registered number. This can fit a tightly scoped personal assistant; it does not establish that any prospective customer can message the line.
The agency path is separate
The invite-only Agency product lists $199 per subtenant per month, 1,000 messages, $0.005 overage and $250 parent onboarding. Price the deployment on that structure if you need its tenant model. Growth in personal message allowances is not a substitute for commercial onboarding.
Test isolation explicitly
The provider advertises an API across iMessage, RCS and SMS and HMAC webhooks. Ask how numbers are registered, removed and assigned to tenants. During an authorized evaluation, inspect whether a reply resolves to the correct tenant and how a rejected sender is surfaced. We have not performed that isolation test or audited the webhook implementation.
